I wanted a non hotelly space. Something that didn't have weird floral carpet and all their weddings looked exactly the same. I was also looking for a modern venue and Third Space was absolutely PERFECT. Extremely great value for money (they were one of the more affordable venues I found on the market). They also came with table linens (black) and chairs (also black). So if you are not picky on chivari chairs or what not this is great for the budget. Frances is an absolute doll and so helpful. If you need a Day of Coordinator (I had a planner so I didn't), she is the one for you. It's completely blank space so you can have free rein of decorating which is awesome if you like doing that kind of stuff. Great all around.
