We knew we would be back to Robbins Brothers as this is where I got the engagement ring and they gave us great service then (Addison, TX location). My husband got a Cobalt ring and I eventually succumbed to the matching ring of my engagement one (begrudgingly since I am frugal to a fault). They came in earlier than planned and we can go back any time for cleanings. Have to go back once a year to maintain the warranty on the rings, but that is done quickly. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable and aren't really that pushy to make a sale. They will show you a wide selection based on your preferences. Very pleased with the service

I love my ring/diamond and the protection program we have. They were helpful when we wanted to exchange his selection for something I like better as well.

I came to Robbins Brothers in need of a diamond to place in the center of the engagement ring I purchased from another store. They were able to work with me and my price range and gave me a great diamond that was both high quality and a good size and color for a decent price. They also offered a full warranty on the ring, which makes you feel much better about making such a big purchase. They also clean your ring for free, which is nice. The one downside to them and most higher end jewelry stores is they do treat people differently based on if they look like they have money.

We purchased our wedding band for the groom here and it was under $100 and looks great! Highly reccomend all grooms check out Robbins Bros before buying their ring.

My husband paid for half online and then when he came to Dallas to visit me we went the day before christmas, (which i was so greatful they were even open) to pick up the ring and pay the remaining balance. Everyone was very nice there and they provided us with what we were looking for. Even had a little room for my daughter to play in while we consulted with the jeweler. They gave us options for the future and was great. When we bought his ring online because the closest store to us was 500 miles away, the first ring broke within a week and was a bit of trouble getting a new one fast. But in the end we would def use this company again.

Originally, my fiance had a great experience buying my engagement ring but since then, our relationship has been difficult. We were first told that we could have the ring inspected at any approved certified jeweler (with proper documentation) and still retain the warranty but were later told that was incorrect and taking it to any other jeweler, even to be cleaned, would void the warranty. Since we live over 5 hours from the nearest store, this has become a problem. On our most recent visit, we were very pressured by a salesman to buy rings far out of our budget because they were the "last ones" available. Beautiful store and atmosphere but inflexible policies and very pushy salesmen ruined the experience.

We purchased our rings from Tanya at the Galleria location. The customer service exceeded our expectations! They even helped my husband plan the details for the proposal! We highly recommend Robbins Bros!

It took me forever and many online searches to find an engagement ring that I liked. The only possible issue I have is that I think my wedding band seems yellow gold to me rather than white gold. We got some form of lifetime warranty for both the ring and band and was quoted about $300 less on my band than at other places. I feel they have a great variety of rings.

The ring my husband got for me was from Robbins Bros, and it was a complete surprise. I didn't know he ordered it, but he told me afterwards. From the ring itself, I would have to say that it is a very beautiful and classy ring, looks very high quality.

I had contacted the store due to my fiance purchased my ring from the Arlington location, and this happen to be closer to where we were. I had found the ring he wanted and priced it on line through the on line chat, where the price was 100 difference. The store manager was something else, and a constant battle. I did purchase my ring from Robbins Bro, but had it sent to the Arlington store and taken care of there. I think the store manager there perferred to deal with men than the bride! The value for cost was great when I got the right price and the online chat guy was incredible and very knowledge able and helpful. Arlington location is much better with customer service than the Dallas location. Definately worth the drive!

Robbins Bros provided my husband with my beautiful engagement ring. It was just what I had imagined. He was so impressed with the way they taught him about the diamonds, etc that he wanted to go back for the wedding bands! They were very affordable and very easy to work with. We love the care plan and going back to have our rings clean is great!

My husband got my engagement ring from Robbins Bros., and we purchased our wedding bands there as well. I can not say enough good things about them! My ring is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and greet you each time you come in. They do not seem to have a very high turnover rate because every time I go in to get my ring cleaned and inspected(every 6 months for the last 2 1/2 years), the same people work there and they always treat us like they know us. Someone is always there to open the door as we enter the store, they are not pushy at all, and if I ever upgrade my ring we will definitely go back!I did have couple of issues with my ring. My husband and I live in Illinois, and there is not a Robbins Bros. here. A diamond fell out of my ring, and they had me send it in, and within two weeks I had my ring back, good as new. Also, we have to have it inspected every 6 months to keep the diamond warranty. Also, my husband did not realize that there was not a band to match my engagement ring, so we had to improvise by choosing a band that did not really match. The staff were super patient with us while we decided what to do about it.

I bought my wife's engagement ring at Robin's Brothers and initially the shopping experience was great. They have a ton of ring styles and lots of diamonds to choose from. They were always courteous when we entered the door and while we shopped around. I really liked the personal booths they use and their approach to examining your potential diamonds. They are very knowledgeable about their products and services, however, I would caution buying a diamond there at face value - there is a hefty fee for all the services they provide. I was able to knock off about $1500 from the original price they offered me by removing some of those services. Most of the services aren't worth the money - who trades in their ring later on anyway, or uses a jewelry store rather than an insurance company to protect the loss or theft of an expensive ring?I decided to purchase my diamond at one location and order the setting from another store. I was promised, in writing, that it would arrive within a few days and that I would receive a call to bring in the diamond once it had. Two days after the date was promised it would be there - still no call. I had to call them myself to check on the setting which had indeed arrived. I took the diamond in and had it set, I again was promised a 2 or 3 day turnaround and a call - still no call. I felt like I was dealing with car dealership rather than a jewelry store. I voiced my concerns to management and they offered me a "corporate discount" on the wedding bands as an opportunity to make it up to us. After returning and seeing what their "corporate discount" was - we laughed and went to Jared's. They tried to charge me about twice the price as Jared's for the same rings - after the discount. Sad to say, I will not recommend Robin's Brothers to anyone.
