No Worries Catering

I used No Worries for our wedding this year. They did a fantastic job and offered a super value. The food was outstanding and the staff was great. I did not waste money on a wedding planner. I am gld I didn't as with No Worries I din't need one. They were great to recommend other vendor for flowers and linens, and even found Our Cake person. When my sister gets married next year we are using tem again.

These caterers were more interested in launching their new restaurant than taking notes on the details of my wedding. Their food was tasty and well priced, but I honestly wish I had gone elsewhere for a caterer. They were unresponsive not only to me but to my planner who worked with them on a regular basis. Not being able to reach them in the weeks before the wedding was a HUGE source of stress. They charged us for miniscule things ($30 for LIMES!), hired unprofessional bartenders, served beer in cans after specifically being asked to pour them in glasses, tried to tack on a $100 fee they later could not remember what for, and made off with our leftover alcohol at the end of the night. When we went to pick up the leftover alcohol they could only come up with 3 bottles of wine and 1 bottle of champagne when there had been CASES left over. Overall I feel this caterer owes US money in the end and would definitely not recommend them to anyone for their wedding.

My daughter was extremely excited that she chose No Worries for her wedding as she thought Janet, the owner, was going to be great to work wiith. I agree that Janet was pleasant to work with until we sent in our deposit, then the company was slow to respond by email or phone calls. But that isn't my biggest complaint. My biggest complaint is that they arrived 45 minutes late to the venue. We wanted to have our requested beverage served before the ceremony and they arrived after most were seated. Additionally, they served the wrong desert. We had requested whole pecan pies to be served, and they instead brought mini-pies. Their explanation is that they got us mised up with another wedding. Our guests said the food was tasty enough although I didn't find many that liked Janet's highly suggested sweet potato salad. We had pork and beef sliders and most of our guests like that. Our assorted fruit platter was more like a bowl of fruit and wasn't like anything I expected.I wouldn't even be writing this post, if I felt that No Worries adequately handled my complaints in a professional manner. Their slow response to my email expressing my concerns was cold and very unapologetic. I would not recommend this caterer to anyone.

We had such high hopes when we chose "No Worries Catering" for our wedding. At our tasting, the food was excellent and all of our questions were answered and we felt like we were in good hands with "No Worries Catering". However, the night of our wedding was an entirely different story. The acrylic plates and cups they promised looked like glassware turned out to be throw away punch glasses and dinner plates that were not the high quality we had expected. The assorted european bread basket turned out to be store-bought quality sourdough rolls and were definitely not homemade as expected. We had asked for the burgundy beef that we tried at the tasting and was delicious, but instead were served a poor quality roast beef that was very tough. They were also very hard to get ahold of and not once did they return my phone call. All communications were handled via e-mail and were not very timely. I don't know how else to say it other than we were so disappointed since we decided early on that the food for our guests was the most important aspect of our wedding and as a result we spent the majority of our budget in this area.

Just had my wedding at Delaney Vinyards a few weeks ago. We had the most wonderful time. No Worries did everything from food to flowers. They we're so great to work with. Everyone loved the food and our flowers were perfect. The staff was fantastic too. We loved the service this company provided.

They were great, the food was INCREDIBLE!! The whole meal was just amazing and all our guests kept commenting on the quality and how they went back for 2nd's!Get them to make their bacon wrapped pork at a carving station with sage gravy! I don't like pork and even I made time to go back for another slice, that stuff was tasty!Only problem was to make sure you tripple check with them about when your tasting is. They weren't very clear with it, and weren't flexible with times and so that was a problem but it wasn't a big deal and we ended up working it out.

Absolutely Wonderfull!! The food was excellent, the staff were very professional and attentive, and the food set up was picture perfect. We came to NWC 1 month before my wedding and they were able to go far above our expectations. All the guests LOVED the food and I still get complimants on it . When they say "No Worries Catering," they truely mean it! I HIGHLY recomend them for any event you may have!!

We use No worries for our Aug. wedding. Loved working with them. from start to finish they were great. The owners both worked at our event and made sure we were well taken care of The food was outstanding and the service perfect. They also did our center pieces and they were beautiful. I would highly recommend this caterer. Like their name No worries.

We had our wedding in Dallas during the Christmas Holidays when our caterer was really really busy, however they gave us the best service ever. The only complaint that I could possibly have is they were a little hard to reach just before the final few days. I always got a call back or an e-mail but I am sure because of the Holidays it was hard to get back to me. We had a very unique menu and we were very happy the food was fantastic. The way the buffet was set up was amazing with fresh winter greens and berries andwe didn't even pay extra for that. The staff was great very professional and well groomed. We loved everything but most of all the fantastic gourmet cookies and milk. I would not hesitate to use No Worries again they did a great job.

Their food was good and the flowers were beautiful. We encountered service issues around bartending that were unexpected and stressful. They were somewhat hard to get in touch with prior to our wedding (missed emails, etc), though the planning with Janet was positive (so much so that the issues we encountered were totally unexpected). NWC might be ok for you but they did not meet our expectations.

We had our wedding at Delaney Vinyards in Aug. No Worries is the preferred caterer at the vinyard. I have to say we loved every thing they did. Janet the owner was so sweet to work with and made our day a beautiful success. The food was like a 5 star restaurant my guest could not believe how wonderful everything tasted. The presentation was just beautiful. They also did my flowers and center pieces and not only were they perfect they were also a great value. The only thing I could say that was not absolutly postive is that they are so busy sometimes it would take a couple of days for them to get back to me when I had questions. The owner kept telling me not to worry everything would be perfect and it truly was. I can't wait to use No worries catering again.

Our wedding was more than we could have dreamed of. No worries catering did an outstanding job. They did our flowers and they were beautiful and the food was just fantastic. They are known for the beautiful presentatins and they did not dissappoint. A lot of our guest said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We are so glad we chose No Worries to do our wedding.

Food was great, definitely recommend as a caterer.Was not impressed/pleased with the floral arrangements or bouquets.

We just had our wedding this Summer in June. We used No Worries Catering. We decided to go with them because they offered so many services and they made our planning so easy. I was out of town for a lot of the planning and they were so helpful with all the little details. I really did not have to worry about anything. We used Josh for our dj who is the son of the owners and he did a great job. everyone of our guest had a good time and danced most of the night. My flowers were unique and very beautiful and I feel like I got a very reasonable price on them compared to other quotes I received. The very best part of our wedding was the food. My husband and I really wanted upscale food and I worked with Janet who is one of the owners to create a very special menu. My husband and I were so happy with the food and the beautiful presentation of the buffets. I can't reccommend this company enough.

Our food was very good but it was very difficult to communicate as our wedding got closer. They were late arriving to our venue which caused much distress and delayed the start of the wedding. But, once things got moving I will say things smoothed out, the servers and bartenders were very professional and looked very nice. All-in-all a very stressful experience.
