The most important thing I looked for when figuring out which vendors to use was how friendly the people were. Our cake tasting with Hot Chocolates was wonderful! Lori was SO friendly and valued us as people not just potential business. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions. The brides cake turned out beautifully and it was delicious. We had so many guests tell us that it was one of the best wedding cakes they had. Also, there were so many choices of flavors, filling and frosting that you can have many different tastes. The grooms cake was Kahlua Fudge and was absolutely delicious and the design was great. Overall a fantastic company to get any cake from.

Not only did our cakes look amazing but they had the taste to match!! We got married on my now husbands birthday so this was very important to me, his grooms cake was shaped like his pride and joy, his 69' Cutlass Convertable. He was like a kid on Christmas morning and really didn't think cake was a big deal until he walked into our reception and saw the art work displayed on our cake table. All of our guest were raving about how awesome and yummy everything was!! If you want the best you better go with the best and give them a call because I definately will with any occasions in the future that are in need of a cake!

Omigoodness! Hot Chocolates are really a great business and definately the best bakery around! The cake was amazing and very beautiful visually and very yummy in taste! I can not wait til my baby girl turns 1 so I can order her very first birthday cake from Hot Chocolates. I had some unexpected money issues and the owners at Hot Chocolates were very kind and flexible about the situation! They were not judgemental at all! I was provided with excellent service and would definately hire them again! Hehe even my wedding was very short notice and they worked with me on it. Thank You <3 I hope everyone who visits their shop is as satisfied as I was :)

Hot Chocolates did an amazing job on both our wedding and grooms cake, I was very pleased with the presentation as well as the quality of cakes. The cakes not only were beautiful, but they tasted excellent and were very moist. The value far exceeded the cost, which helped my wedding budget drastically. Thank you Hot Chocolates for making this one of the easiest decisions I made during the planning process!

I loved my cakes from Hot Chocolates. I changed thing saround quite a few times but they didn't say a thing about it!!! The cakes were DELICIOUS!!!! and for the price I paid for them I was very happy with them. The chocolate covered strawberries were AMAZING! I could eat JUST the chocolate on them all day! Will be going there for baby shower cakes and birthdays too!!! they were too good!!! Thanks so much ladies!

The cake looked and tasted great. Were patient with me when I changed my mind on the design and brought in new picutres. The cake was delivered and set up and all you need to do is drop the decorations off at the store a few weeks before the wedding. Many flavors and combinations to choose from. Cake was great!

Hot Chocolates did a great job with our wedding cake, grooms cake AND sugar cookie basketball and volleyball cookies. Their cakes are not only beautiful but taste delicious as well. I have known Lori Thomas for all of my life and she and her partner Becky Henry are honest, hard working and creative people!

DELICIOUS!!! The cakes were better than I imagined!!! We brought in a photograph from a high priced bakery and they were able to make it look ever better than the bakery that cost twice as much!!! I'm looking forward to our one year anniversary so I can have more wedding cake!!!

I loved Hot Chocolates! They did an outstanding job on my wedding cupcakes and top tier. Not only did they look incredible..they tasted awesome..we had lots of compliments! They were creative, on time, and did a great job of setting them up. Thanks again to Hot chocolates and especially Becky!

Becky and Laura at Hot Chocolates were always so friendly whenever I called or came in. They werent all about "the money" On my wedding day, I was running crazy trying to make finalizations and had to call in to place a order for a pound of dipped strawberries. Laura was more than happy to add it to my order and then drizzle them in my colors for no additional charges. Then I forgot to stop by to give the check to the coordinator at the recption site and they never made a fuss about it, they delivered and set up my wedding cake and placed the strawberry's for my now husband's groom's cake and decorated everything. They allowed me to have my day without making a fuss. They were very understandable. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!!

Hot Chocolates is Amazing!!!!It was So last minute to find a cake and they were able to book us an appoinment for cake tasting and pricing for wedding cake and grooms cake I brought my own design with my choice of colors they did an Awesome job it was a WOW factor and there different flovor cakes and fillings were out of this World!!! :) They had both cakes on time and set up couldn't have picked another vendor I am keeping there number for birthdays and aniversary of course! ;)

Wonderful, easy going people to work with. The cakes - they did both bride and groom cakes for us - were exactly what the bride and groom wanted. The bride's cake was different flavors for each layer, different decorations each layer, a black and white theme. They never looked at us like we were crazy for wanting something really different. The bride did her own cake top which they put on. The groom's cake was a mint chocolate chip and the guests went crazy for it! Young and old. They even did a very difficult Stars Wars decoration for it. They delivered and set up on time and made sure it looked great! Some cakes just look good, but these two cakes tasted as wonderful as they looked. There was no downside at all in any way dealing with Hot Chocolates! Great prices, great people, great cakes. We purposely ordered a little larger so we would have extra to freeze and eat later. YES, YES, YES, you will be in very good hands if you book your cakes here!
