I absolutely love this company! I use them for weddings, corporate events (in different states) and trade shows. The are excellent on customer service, quality, and creativity. I depend on her for whatever I need and she will ALWAYS get my business (personal and business)!

RaVonda is a nice person and she does have quality linens and other items but when I had my wedding recently, I did not receive originally what was on my contract. Not only that, there were items that I paid for almost 5 months in advance that I did not receive on my wedding day. Some of the items I was told would be mailed to out to me after the wedding but its been such a long time now, I doubt I get them. When working with RaVonda in the begining it was good but she messed up alot of things and although mistakes were made I still continued to give her my business. The sad thing is, I don't think she meant intentionally to overlook things or get certain things mixed up, but overall the experience in my mind was not all that great. What would be my recommendation for this vendor- I don't know......you can only use her yourself to find out what level of service you receive. Its a hit miss, 50/50 chance but as stated earlier, she does have the quality lines and items if you are looking for an elegant venue.

I used them soley for rental of linens. And let me just say that I wished I would have used her for everything. She was one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I have seen her work and she is amazing. If you have not hired a coordinator, book her. When I met with her and just got the rental for my linens she was so nice. She knew off the bat that we did not need anything else but she still treated us like we were important. And that meant alot to me. I have met with other vendors that as soon as they know that you are only using one of their services, then they don't treat you as well. But RaVonda was nothing like that. She has amazing linens at very good prices. I don't think you can beat her prices on the linens. I highly recommend her and her company. Thank you so much RaVonda.

Oh My GOD!!!!! Elite Occasions For You turned my ordinary into FANTASTIC!!!!!! WOW was the best that can describe my guest's reaction when they walked into our ballroom, Through a custom canopy in cinnamon and choc.brown along with beautiful crystals,rhinestones and lighting. Our custom monogram was a hit that was created by Ravonda with Elite Occasions. Our flowers were simply beautiful along with the led base lighting that made them even more beautiful. RaVonda and her staff created custom touches to our reception. The satin chair covers, with custom Rhinestone clips with burntorange sases along with custom menus and rhinestone table signs . My custom inivitations with rhinestone buckles was the rave through our Nigerian community!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone.....Elite Occasions is the company that you need to go with. The exceed beyond expectations!!!

I loved my table cloths and napkins, they were perfect. Ravonda offers great prices and great products. I used silk underlay with a gold sheer overlay and silk napkins and I got many comments on how beautiful they are. She also provides chair covers. I would reccomend her to anyone, great job!

When working with RaVonda in the beginning, I went to a wedding show to walk it with her and I was so please in choosing her, but she messed up a lot of things. The worst part of it all was I think she just overbooked her self and her staff. I think I was one of 3 weddings that day and they were worn thin by the time they got to me and I had to take the brunt of her day. RaVonda was the one vendor I thought I could trust out of all the vendors I had in my wedding, but I was wrong. I also did not receive originally what was on my contract. The flowers in my arrangements were wilting and she actually came and YELLED at me at when I was getting ready at my venue on the day of my wedding when some of my bridesmaids asked for it to be fixed. I gave her crystals to use in the centerpieces and she told me they would be used, but they were just scattered on the tables. An arrangement broke so I had a table with a base with no flowers during the reception, my bouquet was so sad that I didn't even want to use it in my pictures, the swag for the backdrop of my ceremony was suppose to be organza, but it was just bunched up tulle. The linens I used were very pretty though. If I could do it all again, I would have saved myself some grief and just used her for linens if anything.
