I was very pleased with CRO Catering. We chose El Chico Mexican as our restaurant. The contact was very easy to work with. On the day of, their set up was beautiful and the main server was super considerate. He made sure my husband and I got a hot plate of everything at the reception so we wouldnt miss out. They let us keep all of the leftovers which fed my entire extended family staying at my house for days. I'm so glad I chose them for my wedding.

The catering at CRO was amazing. The food was really delicious and the service was exceptional! We had lots of leftover and they charged us a pretty reasonable price. All and all, they were great and very professional.

We went with CRO Catering because their price per person was the most affordable.They have plenty of good Mexican food as well as well prepared chicken and rib plates.Although we didn't find the ideal complete menu that we wanted with them,they still did a excellent job on all fronts.

The whole staff was great.CRO provided an adventurous menu for our reception with excellent bar service.I didn't get to try everything but I will say their shrimp flautas are not to be missed.

Very inexpensive and they do provide enough food and service to hold a proper reception.We met with CRO and they had us choose what type of catering services and menu we wanted.They have an excellent variety of food and they provide impeccable service even after the reception is over.

Our tight budget didn't leave us with much of a choice for catering.But we found CRO and they where inexpensive and offered a really good menu that had some of my favorite dishes.My husbands side of the family was very pleased to taste something new.

There was plenty of food to go around at our reception.El Chico has always been my favorite place for Mexican food and their menu was perfect.They also allowed us to use some of their equipment for a small fee.

CRO catering was great! The food was exceptional, they set everything up and tore it all back down with no worries! They stayed and served the food and wouldn't let anyone eat until we were done with our pictures! lol! The food was delicious and we had a TON left over and it was at a very reasonable price! CRO catering services where affordable and they have a very nice menu that tastes like home cooked food.The quality of the food was great and had good filling portions.I was pleased with the way they handled everything.

A great meal was served by CRO,definitely worth the price.They already had a terrific menu set up and they where very open with changes.It was always a pleasure to work with the staff and to have them be so easy to get ahold of.Definitely go with CRO if you like southern food.

I wanted my wifes family to have a little taste of what Mexican food was like so I hired CRO to cater our reception.I was very pleased with the menu they offered it had lots of good old fashioned plates.Working with the staff was a big relief for me because I knew they where always on top of everything.

CRO Catering did an OUTSTANDING job for my wedding reception. We wanted to go with El Chico, as this was where we had our first date. They also handle catering for Macaroni Grill, Cantina Laredo, and a few other places, as well as a general caterer that has many gourmet options. We got a TON of food for the price we paid, and there was plenty left over. They showed up exactly at the specified time, and when I left the reception hall for the church, the place was a wreck. They told me not to worry, they'd make it look good. When we arrived at the reception hall, everything was beautiful and beyond what I had hoped for.

CRO Catering put together an amazing menu.It was very fitting for our wedding and I thought that the prices where very reasonable.I loved how good their staff worked together,they had everything set up at the reception and where ready to serve from their stations.I loved their pork tenderloin especially.They also provided bar services which a lot of our guests used.They where excellent all around and I would definitely do business with them again.

CRO Catering makes the best mini crab cakes.I choose them because I really loved the menu they offered and It wasn't overly expensive.They also provided bar service that came with all the equipment needed for the bar.I was really impressed with their staff and so where our guests.Great food at a great price.
