This vendor was excellent. I heard from my other family members about how she was on time and took care of business getting the flowers put on the cake because the flowers were a separate delivery. When I walked into the reception venue and looked across the room, I immediately saw the cake and it was just what I asked for. It was beautiful and looked exactly like the picture I showed her when we met. When we tasted the cake and it was so moist and so delicious I thought it was perfection. Thank you so much for making my experience a wonderful one. I highly recommend you and look forward to doing business again!

I ordered my wedding cake and groom's cake from Erika. The initial meetup with we set up with her was stress-FREE!! She is very flexible with time and worked with both my schedule and hubby's schedule.
We loved both cakes! I pointed out the little details I wanted that gave some Bermudian tradition to my mom and she loved it as well. The groom's cake was a surprise to my hubby. I made sure it was captured on video! It was a hit with him and his friends. Thanks so much!

We loved our cakes. They both were beautiful and delicious! We loved that Erika worked with us and helped us through the process. We have had many, many compliments how how gorgeous the cakes were (and how playful the groom's cake was) and how great they both tasted. We would use Confections in Cake again. Highly recommend.

The cakes were beautiful and tasted great. Erika provided excellent service from the cake tasting to the delivery of the finished cakes. We had so many compliments on them - both for appearance and taste. We were especially happy to have fresh cake that had not been previously frozen and decorated that day like many of the wedding cake bakers in town provide.

The cakes Erika did for my wedding were amazing. She is very easy to work
with and had such prpfesionalism in all our contacts. The cakes were worth
every dollar we spent. She is very creative and worked with everything we gave

Erika did an amazing job on both our wedding and groom's cakes! During the tasting, I had a hard time deciding which flavors to go with because they were all so moist and delicious! My wedding cake was an elegant four-tier cake with tropical flowers and whimsical piped details. Some of the layers were almond and the other was strawberry. Unlike some other bakers, Erika makes her own fondant! All of our guests were just raving about how beautiful and tasty the cakes were. For the Groom's cake, she sculpted a large mouth bass with a hook in it's mouth with a large diamond ring on it. It was a chocolate cake with a nutella buttercream filling! It was a hit!!!
Erika is very creative and pays great attention to detail. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so glad that we chose her to do our cakes. We will definately be using her for all of our future cake needs!

Confections in Cake did both my wedding cake and grooms cake and they were amazing. Erika did this wonderful classic Nintendo grooms cake and it is still the talk of my wedding. My cake was beautiful and elegant just like I wanted. Also, the taste of the cakes was to die for. Confections in Cake was worth every penny.

Erika was fantastic! Not only was she able to save us at the last minute, she was also able to make an amazing groom's cake based only on a few photos. Both the bridal cake and the groom's cake tasted wonderful and were definitely a hit with the guests.

Erika did an awesome job on our wedding cake. When I showed her what I wanted, I had no idea that the cake she would make for our wedding would turn out so beautiful. she did an amazing job and it tasted amazing!! She has the best buttercream icing, it just melts in your mouth. I can't say enough about her work, you have to try it to believe it. The cake was worth every penny.

I found a cake in her portfolio that I loved and she recreated it for me perfectly. The cake tasted good and looked gorgeous. She met us for a tasting and went over lots of options. She was very informative and responded to emails right away. I would recommend.

Our service was impeccible and timely. The cake was beautiful and delicious. The location of the wedding changed and they were flexible and able to accommodate the change. Every promise was kept and the cake was exactly as ordered. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend

Amazing is all I can say!!! Thank you Erika for making our Oct 2010 wedding that much more grand with your awesome, moist and beautiful work of art! Erica was so friendly, genuine and made the entire process a piece of "cake" & a brides best friend. I can honestly say what we tasted in our taste testing session is what our wedding cake tasted like, pure amazing! We just absolutely had the best experience with Congections in Cakes by Erika! It was our Biggest bang for our buck, our guest thought we spent a fortune but that will be our little secret. We will be using Confections in Cake for all our other life suprises,Thanks again!! ~jga

All our communication was done completely through email and our cake turned out exactly as I had envisioned and looked amazing. Erika was always quick to respond to my emails and was very helpful in providing information when I needed it. Overall, I was extremely pleased with our cake and it tasted absolutely fabulous as well. I would recommend Confections in Cake to any bride. For a couple like us, who were on a tight budget but didn't want to compromise on the taste and presentation of the cake, we got everything (and more) we could have hoped for.

Absolutely beautiful cake added at last minute at a good price. Everyone at the restaurant raved about the cake. The server is engaged and asked for information on who made the cake. The cake was a true red velvet, which I had requested. I say that because living in the Northeastern United States when you order red velvet you get something that tastes like cherry. Thanks again Erika!
