Beaumont Ranch

Shelley and Candice at Beaumont are awesome. I worked with Shelley the whole time and Candice toward the end. They are very professional and have been handling weddings for a long time and know how to handle it. They have a lot of choices for linens and napkins. They also have several choices for the food at the reception, which, by the way was great. I would completely recommend them to others. The whole day was wonderful and went very smoothly, I did not have to worry about anything.

All the staff was great and everything we requested was done. It was the first place we actually visited and there happen to be a promo going on so we got the venue at a very good price. Many of our guests commented that it was one of the most special venues that had ever seen. It was so nice to have the ceremony and reception in one location and to have easy access to the beautiful grounds throughout the day. The location was beautiful and the entire staff spent every second we were there making the event a one in a million day. Lastly the food, I am still getting compliments on the food three months after our wedding. Everything was perfect on my wedding day and his staff is unbelievable. I could not have asked for more and the experience there made my day extremely memorable.

Shandra was very helpful, even after I changed the color of the napkins twice. It's a great place to have any kind of party as well as a wedding with a reception area within walking distance. The chapel is adorable with stained glass windows. we got to use the main house for our reception; it was beautiful and tasteful. The staff that helped us set up was very helpful. This place has a country feel, real downhome, relaxed. I loved it. They had three other weddings there the same day as ours and everything went off without a hitch. No confusion; all deliveries accepted for the right couples.

Everything was spectacular! Shelley and her staff worked to make our daughters wedding the most magical day of her life. We had over 200 people and many out of town guest. Beaumont Ranch was very accommodating. The guys went Sporting Clay Shooting while the girls went to the spa before the wedding. (All on property) Everything was perfect down to every little detail. We plan to have many family reunions and many parties at Beaumont Ranch.

Excellent service. Very easy to work with. Had everything organized and ready to go. Did not have to worry about any of the preparation for the reception. They had many good suggestions and were very accommodating. Beautiful facilities.

Beaumont Ranch is a beautiful venue for your wedding. Shelley was great to work with, and everything was just the way we wanted it to be, they have an extensive collection of table linens and china to choose from so that all decor is in your color scheme. The food was wonderful and served right on time and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

WE WERE MARRIED THERE IN OCTOBER OF 2007 AND THE DAY WAS ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT. THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL, POLITE, AND SINCERE ABOUT MAKING THE DAY PERFECT. IT WAS HASSLE FREE AND THE STAFF DID A GREAT JOB OF FINE TUNING ALL DETAILS. WE HAD OUR RECEPTION OUTSIDE BY THE POOL AND IT WAS GORGEOUS. PARKING OFR GUEST WAS GREAT, THE VIEW WAS AWESOME, THE ROOMS WERE NICE, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND THE STAFF WAS NOT ONLY ENJOYABLE BUT ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. PEOPLE ARE STILL TALKING ABOUT HOW BEAUTIFUL IT WAS. THERE WAS NOTHING I WOULD HAVE CHANGED ABOUT BEING MARRIED AT BEAUMONT RANCH!!

The wedding was great, the ranch was very pretty. The staff at the ranch was very helpful, I would recommend the Beaumont Ranch for any wedding.

I had my fairytale wedding at Beaumont Ranch. We had an outdoor ceremony on the gazebo and the reception in the Bluebonnet Barn. I was able to have my hair and makeup done in the spa and we had booked a room in the Western Town where I was able to relax and dress before the start of the ceremony. I was carried to the ceremony on the carriage pulled by a beautiful white horse. The ranch has a large selection of linens and the consultant recommended several different options to go with my color choices so that the reception was beautiful. The catering staff went above and beyond on the pasta buffet, the chocolate strawberries and an ice sculpture. The whole evening was perfect.

We were excited to find this venue for a location wedding as we wanted an intimate affair that our close friends and family, many of which did not live in Texas, could come and enjoy an entire weekend with us for our wedding event. Prior to the event all seemed fine; however, many guests complained about the rooms having ant issues to the staff and nothing was ever done about it. We had the ceremony in the chapel and it was very hot...they did not turn on the air early enough. My flower arrangements ended up being displayed on chairs at the front of the chapel because no one their could locate the pedistals they were supposed to be on. I preordered alcoholic beverages for the reception and was specific on the type of wine my guests preferred...white zinfendale (not difficult, right?), but what we ended up with both Friday and Saturday night was a Beaumont Ranch Chardonney which did not get drank, however they later charged me for 2 cases even though they still had the unopened bottles in their posession. I ended up with an $800 plus bill over the agreed upon price for incidental charges. When I tried to speak to the owner they told me to "speak to their attorney". Of course I wasn't going to take it that far over $800, and they knew that. I just won't recommend them. Check out the Better Business Bureau website...they have multiple complaints due to contract disputes. Keep in mind that the BBB has an extensive process for someone to file a complaint...think how many don't take it that far. Overall I had a great wedding and my guests had a good time as well, but I did not find it nearly that stress free nor was the staff acommodating to any changes or requests. The staff members constantly complained about the owners to us and told us how much they hated their jobs. We were told by staff members that the ranch was losing money and that is why they didn't provide simple items like kleenex in the rooms. If you choose this vendor get EVERYTHING in writing and keep an eye on what is going on for the entire event so they do not stick you at the end.

Beaumont Ranch is beautiful and has a lot of convient features, such as catering, salon, hotel accomodations and recpetion hall, but they are very pricey and don't communicate between the sections very well. I paid for things with my wedding planner that were supposed to be taken care of in the salon and restaurant, that were not. I was told at the hotel that things were already paid for, and then charged later from my wedding planner. It was a beautiful night, and I wouldn't change it for the world, but I wouldn't recommend it either.
