In short, Jaime was nothing short of fantastic. He really took the time to get to know us and our families through a number of hour+ long meetings at local Starbucks. He made sure he knew what sort of feel we wanted for our reception, so I knew we were in good hands (there's nothing worse than going to a wedding where the DJ tries to make it a fist pumping party when nobody in the room is into that ... and vice versa). He was great about reading the guests reactions to songs and adjusting his selections accordingly.I debated on what the splurges for my wedding would be, and I ended up with DJ and photographer. After having Jaime as our DJ & emcee, I wouldn't have it any other way, because the reception emcee really controls the guests' experience with your wedding. He's not cheap, but if you can afford the splurge, he is totally worth it!!

Jaime was amazing! He took a lot of time to get to know us before the wedding, so he knew our music preferences. All of our guests loved him and danced all night long. He had the night planned perfectly.

Mr. Jaime Chavez did an excellent job at our wedding. He has an expansive repertoire of music, is curious and truly interested in the couples he works with, and is great at reading the crowd and encouraging guests to have a good time. In addition, he provided the sound (lapel mikes/speakers) for our ceremony, as well as an audio recording. He even coordinated sound and audio with the band we had for cocktail hour. It should also be noted that Jaime does lighting as well (uplights/spotlights/gobo lights/dance floor lighting); the lighting for our reception was beautiful and subtle, just what we wanted. We received compliments all night long from guests saying how great everything was and how beautiful the room looked. And the best compliment of all was the packed dance floor all night! Jaime was definitely an integral part of our amazing wedding day. I can't imagine planning our wedding with any other D.J. I'm so happy that we chose him.

Jaime was the perfect choice for a DJ! He takes such care with his couples in planning a special and personalized reception. His attention to detail is remarkable. He kept the dance floor rocking and showed us and our guests an incredible evening. I would highly recommend Ambiance Entertainment!

Jaime did an amazing job at our wedding. We meet with Jaime a couple of times and he did a great job personalizing our wedding. He kept the guest dancing and having fun. He added to the beauty of our venue with his great lighting techniques.

My husband, Jeff, and I absolutely love Jaime with Ambiance Entertainment! From the very first meeting, he took the time to get to know us, find out about our likes and dislikes, and tailor an evening to fit our style (all this even before we told him he was hired). He was very patient and kind during the last two weeks before the wedding. We were a little late sending some of our requests to him (special songs, gobo design, etc.), but he always took it in stride and of course, got the job done to perfection! We made it very clear to him from the beginning that our “cheese” tolerance was very, very, very low (no games, no personal stories about the bride or groom, etc). He did everything we wanted and refrained from everything we didn’t want, and he did it with class and charm. Our #1 request was that we wanted to keep the dance floor busy all night long. As our wedding reception pictures prove, Jaime made that happen. We did send him a brief list of our favorite songs in various genres as well as a list of the “Do Not Play” songs, and from those short lists, he was able to extract our overall likes and dislikes. The dance floor was occupied all night long, and everyone seemed to have a great time. I heard many compliments of Jaime from our guests throughout the night. I would also recommend at least some amount of lighting. The great thing about Jaime is that he offers several different packages to meet your needs and budget. The lighting helps to set the mood, and it really impressed our guests. In addition to Jaime’s DJ services, we added the lighting package and a gobo design (which my husband and I loved!).

Jaime was very professional. He really spent time to get to know my husband and I before the wedding and we thought he did an excellent job at personalizing the whole wedding music program. I loved seeing all of our guests dancing and even my parents who I've never seen dance. I would highly recommend Jaime's services.

Jaime is the BEST DJ in the world!!!!! He did special lighting for our reception; played a special song when i walked down the aisle in the ceremony; played awesome music all night during the reception; He was awesome!!! Great personality and has a great knowledge in music; he was a bit pricey and i shopped around and found other DJs that were in my price range which was originally $600.00 but those DJs did not have the knowledge of music like Jaime has; they did not have the personality; didn't offer special lighting like Jaime; other djs did not have a music collection like Jaime. But I chose Jaime and every dollar spent was more than worth it. I spent my honeymoon talking about how Jaime did an awesome job!!! Words can not describe how wonderful Jaime is. I'm looking for another event to host so I can book Jaime. He's a great guy and now a new friend. Give him a call.....he's awesome. Tell him his favorite bride sent you to him.
