Allison was recommended to me by a photographer who's style I liked but was unavailable for my wedding. Seeing Allison's portfolio from her website and blog was enough to make me quickly want to hire her. I loved that her rate included an engagement session in advance of our wedding. This was really crucial for my husband, who feels very uncomfortable having professional pictures taken. (To make him feel comfortable at one point, she offered to take a time out and grab a drink somewhere. Luckily he relaxed and we didn't need to resort to that. I thought it was a pretty cute offer, nonetheless!)Allison is extremely sweet and accomodating, and I always felt comforted by her periodic calls to check in on me during the wedding planning process. She was a delight to work with on our wedding day, and handled some family issues very gently, which I also really appreciated. I know having a cute personality isn't integral to being a good photographer, but it put a lot of self-concious people at ease. Without even having seen her pictures, we were receiving compliments about her.I was surprised and tickled to receive our wedding photos yesterday - Allison sent them to us in a precious little care package. (I won't reveal the contents so as not to spoil any surprises for other brides.) Just a few pictures in affirmed why I hired Allison. Her photos are lovely - there really isn't a better word for it. I was so overwhelmed (she gave us a huge library) and grateful by what she provided, that I find myself continually thinking to myself, "I am SO glad I found her!" A long story short, I'm so pleased with Allison's work and enjoyed working with her immensely. She's a sweetheart, and I wish her a lot of luck in her career!

Allison Davis is first of all an incredible photographer but an even more incredible person. I loved getting to know her personally through hiring her as our wedding photographer. Four weeks before my wedding my wedding dress came in wrong and we were scheduled for bridal portraits soon. Allison was so calming and encouraging that the dress would come in and she would work with me at any time to get the beautiful bridal portraits I always dreamt of... even if it was the day before the wedding. I couldn't recommend her more. She is truly a blessing to work with and you will not be disappointed.

Allison exceeded all our expectations! Our engagement session was rained out but Allison immediately offered numerous reschedule dates. She was even willing to sacrifice her day off for us (though we wouldn't do that to her!). Anytime we contacted Allison by phone, Facebook or email she responded within 24 hours. Our engagement/bridal sessions were very close to our wedding date (my choice, not Allison's) yet Allison edited out photos in enough time to purchase pictures to display at our wedding. At the rehearsal Allison made a point to visit with guests. I had several family members and friends comment how friendly and personable Allison was upon just meeting them. Allison is a believer, a romantic and an AWESOME photographer! I can't say enough great things about her!! She is all about capturing your big day..even if that means laying down in the grass and dirt to capture the moment!

Hands down, Allison was the BEST money I spent on my wedding!! Her work is fabulous and I have received numerous compliments on all of the photos she did. I loved her. I got engagement photos and wedding photos in and I love them both so much. The photos were the most important thing to me and we were not disappointed. She is very cost effective which was also important to me. When our engagement session got too cold outside and I couldn't even fake a smile, she post poned the shoot to a nicer day, (we only had 2 hours and 2 locations). So that was awesome of her. And all my friends and family have said that they really enjoyed her presence, how kind she was, and how lovely the photos were. I know that she will get business from my friends...She is listens to you and has great creative energy. I can't wait to use her again in our future and will sing her praises to anyone that needs a photographer.
