Appraisals:  We offer in store Appraisals for both insurance and estate evaluations done by a certified gemologist.  They are done by appointment, with quantity discounts.  Appraisal information is taken in your presence while you wait in a timely fashion; items do not get sent out.  This professional document can be delivered or mailed according the clients preference.

Watch Repair:  This service consists of watch batteries while you wait which include one to five year warrantees and pressure testing.  We offer free estimates for all repairs, and factory service repair on most major name brand watches with warrantees.

Jewelry Repair:  The owner, Ted Kasallis, is the store’s onsite professionally trained Goldsmith who has over 25 years of experience.  We offer services such as Prong Re-tipping, Diamond and Gemstone Setting, Ring Sizing,   Jewelry Restoration, Soldering, Complete re-shanks, expert custom Design, and recreation of your old jewelry with free estimates on all.

Computer Aided Designs:   Our CAD program offers a professional rendering of the item being produced with exactness and precision and attention to detail. From start to finish, make your ring one of a kind with our expert trained design team and Diamond Consultants. We have a flair for unique and custom designs not featured anywhere else in the metroplex.  We believe in custom creations that are fresh and unique, that are made especially for the person it was designed for.  Designs can be cast in Platinum, 14kt-18kt White and Yellow gold, silver, and Palladium.  It is the cutting edge of jewelry technology, and the future of the Jewelry Industry.

 Buy, Sell, Trade:   The Arlington Jewelry Exchange has a ravishing showroom with an immense selection of Necklaces, Pendants, Chains, Gents and Ladies Wedding Bands, Earrings, Watches and Certified Diamonds.  Our ability to purchase jewelry from private individuals allows our customers the option of getting rid of their old pieces, trading them in for something new, or using them to recreate a completely original and fresh design using their old gold and stones.  We will expose the marketing gimmicks offered by self proclaimed buyers and retailers.

Pearl Restringing:  We offer expert pearl restringing on an array of pearl neck pieces of all quality categories.   Pearl restringing is done on the finest of silk, with a tight weave.   A variety of beads and Accents are offered like rondells and decorative segments.
